Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of duetiva, an independently operated service. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: support@duetiva.com.
The service
duetiva lets two partners answer questionnaires privately and compare answers under the reveal rules shown in the app. The service is currently provided free of charge. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can review your data.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use duetiva. The questionnaire content addresses adult relationship topics.
How we reach you
Notices about the service — including changes to these terms or a discontinuation — are shown in the app and on this website. Because an email address is optional, that is the only channel we can guarantee; if you have added an email, we may also use it for important notices.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Without a recovery email, a lost password means a lost account — we cannot restore it.
- Only invite a partner who consents to participating.
- Do not attempt to access data that isn't yours, or to disrupt the service. If you find a security weakness, we want to hear about it: support@duetiva.com.
- The questionnaire content is ours: do not copy, scrape, or republish it.
Your content
Your answers remain yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to store them and show them to your invited partner under the rules of the app. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled and how to erase it.
Disclaimer
duetiva is a conversation tool, not medical, psychological, or relationship-therapy advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, with a minimum of $50.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may also delete accounts that appear abandoned (for example, after a year or more of inactivity); this works like self-deletion and permanently erases the account's answers, including questionnaires shared with a partner. Since recovering a lost password is impossible without a recovery email, an account you can no longer access will eventually be cleaned up this way. None of this is a promise to store your data for any particular period.
